Return, Exchange & COD Policy – Best of Craft
At Best of Craft, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products. Please read our updated policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Warranty & Guarantee
Lights and chargers included with our products are imported (Made in China) and come with no warranty or guarantee.
If these items stop working after 3 months of purchase, Best of Craft will not be held responsible.
In rare cases, we may reconsider and provide a goodwill resolution at our discretion.
2. Exchange Policy (Only)
We only offer exchanges and do not have a return/refund policy.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or faulty issue, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
We are committed to making the exchange process smooth and hassle-free for our customers.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange.
Used, damaged, altered, or installed products will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for products that have already been used by the customer.
3. COD Charges & Policy
We charge a 10% advance on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to ensure that only genuine customers place orders.
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery or the order is not accepted after delivery attempts, the 10% advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
This is because courier partners charge us for both forward and return shipping, and this amount helps us cover those operational costs.
4. Additional Return & Delivery Policy Clause
The courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If the customer is unavailable during all delivery attempts and the parcel is marked as Return to Origin (RTO), Best of Craft will not be responsible for reshipping the order.
Any request for re-shipment will incur additional shipping charges, which must be borne by the customer.
If the customer provides an incorrect phone number, incomplete address, wrong delivery details, or remains unreachable during delivery attempts, resulting in non-delivery or Return to Origin (RTO), Best of Craft will not be liable to refund any amount paid for the order. In such cases, the responsibility lies solely with the customer.
5. Additional Notes
Items eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging and should be unused and undamaged.
Shipping costs (if applicable) for exchanges may be borne by the customer depending on the case.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with the exchange accordingly.
